Oolong

Oolong is somewhere between a green and a black, with variations in oxidation and roasting levels. The leaves are often tightly rolled or twisted so they slowly unfurl in your cup. Oolongs are known for their more complex flavor, with full-body taste, mild astringency and subtle fruity or floral finishes.
