This Oolong tea has been baked and preserved for 10 years. The baking process utilizes charcoal made of a fruit tree, Longan tree from Taiwan. The process requires a high level of skills and patience. One baking iteration takes between 4 hours and 48 hours. The baking process goes through 7 or 8 iterations, approximately 1 iteration every 3 months. The result is a very ripe fruit scent type taste.
