This cake is the limited edition cake to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Xin-Hai Revolution (Chinese revolution for the QingDynasty). This black cake was made entirely from blended Menghai area fermented material and it gives a nice thick and full taste with sweet after-taste. This cake was prepared with selected Yunnan board-leaves species of sun-dried green raw tea leaves.
