This tea is composed of spring 2017 material from Banpen area. It's entirely first flush of spring production. Banpen village （班盆）(also called Bangpen Laozhai) in Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. The hillside area of the Banpen village is about 1760 meters above sea level. The Cha Chi （茶氣）and aftertaste of Banpen Tea are good, although the tea taste did not come as strong as the old Banzhang. The first few steeping, tea soup is slightly bitter. After the few steeping, you could feel the sweet aftertaste. We know the tea from Banzhang is super expensive. This tea from Banpen could let you feel the hint of Old Banzhang tea.
