This cake is from single estate is located in Big Snow Mountain of Mengku, Yunnan that has the oldest and largest tea trees' colonies in the world. Tea leaves were harvested from a remote area filled with tea trees with over 100 years old at an altitude of over 2000 meters on the mountain. The tea itself is full of intense cha qi. The taste of the tea is strong that fills and stimulates the mouth long after it has been drunk. This is a tea to be aged for sure, with the needed strong and intense character to become an excellent black cake.
